At Taza Chocolate, we want you to love your stone-ground treats, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once they have shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Inspect Your Package
Upon arrival, please check your chocolate for any signs of heat damage or shipping issues to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Document the Issue
If there is a problem, take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box, as these are required for us to process your claim.
Contact Customer Care
Email our support team with your order number and the photos of your items to initiate a review of your request.
Receive Resolution
Once approved, we will ship out a fresh replacement or issue a digital gift card for the value of the affected items.
